Thank you, ladies, for the nice comments! I have always found the yellow flowers difficult to paint, due to the narrow value range. So, I am glad with this result, even though there's much more to be desired :) Blaga
Hi Blaga, nice job on the lilies. Don't you just love them. Stamens are the most difficult for me. I just began a orange daylily painting,we will see how they turn out:)
These are very beautiful! I love the colours, various shades of yellow to orange. The dark green ties in very nice while the center details give a nice touch. Great job!
