When I think of painting daffodils or primroses, Jean Haines and her fun and loose style comes to mind. So I decided to try it today with these cheerful spring blossoms.
Hello Blaga:) Your own style is so beautiful you don't have to copy anyone! I love these daffodils, very soft and gentle! The blur on the flowers in the background is very nice!
These are beautiful...Jean's style but Blaga's way ! Lovely the way you did the details in the flowers and the hint of blue just gives that little extra something, bravo! xx
Ciao Blaga, anch'io guardo spesso i lavori di Jean Haines e mi piace molto. Tu hai avuto una vera ispirazione e il risultato è proprio bello! I tuoi narcisi sono freschi ed emanano calore! Ciao, ciao, Floriana
It is natural to be influenced by others, Renate, and I like to experiment with techniques and styles. Thank you, for your nice words!
Thank you, Judy, Jane, Floriana and Tito! I suppose even when we are heavily influenced by others and even when we follow examples, in the end what we produce carries some characteristics of our own style.
Those who admire Jean it is impossible not to feel influenced by her style so unique and wonderful. But these daffodils are fabulous and also have built your personal quota. Congratulations. Grace

Dancing Daffs... loose indeed. Like Haines, i bought her book quite beautiful.
joli dynamisme dans ta peinture
Belle impression de jonquilles dansant sous l'air frais du printemps. J'aime comme tu as su juste les suggérer à l'arrière-plan. Bravo !
These flowers make me feel theta the spring is almost here, so good! I like the transparency and airy effect of your flowers.
You captured their wonderful colour and shape perfectly. Lovely.
Dear Blaga,
Oh, again this work is very sensitive and I feel your very caring personality in it. Congrats!!
Cheers, Sadami
