Snapping out of the blues....

Blue is neutralized with orange...
I started this as an exercise on the back of a discarded painting, but I like how it turned out, so here it is...

Great, Blaga! The best paintings are on the back of discarded ones! :) I guess because there is no pressure. I never could paint convincing sunflowers but you did very well!

I always paint on the back of discarded paintings ( loads! ) and often the second painting turns out well like in this case, beautiful and sunny , wonderful bouquet! xox

Beautiful. Nice and loose. The background is working really well.
Happy Painting and Happy New Year,

Yes, Judy, there is that sense of freedom when you think you're painting "for the bin". Thank you!

Thank you, Jane! This must have been the sunny side of the paper ;)

Thank you, Nora! I wished I'd made the background darker at least in one of the corners, but maybe some other time...
