Another low tide

Low Tide 2, acrylic 35 x 28 cm
Tried in acrylics this minimalist scene, which I recently did in watercolor. Here is the watercolor from a few posts back:
Low Tide, watercolor, 26 x 20 cm
I quite enjoy painting in acrylic. It gives me more control as I can always go back and re-do or correct something. Although, control is what I want to try and loose, need to learn to let go, both in painting and in life...

Hi, Blaga, I love both. Sure, you're the boss of painting and life!! It's very important for us to take a grip of life. Sometimes, it looks not easy. But paradox, as long as we make a decision and take responsibility, we will get through a tough time. Me, too, enjoy a tough time. Best wishes, wink, wink, Sadami

The looseness and softness of both the acrylic and the watercolor are gorgeous. Yes, letting go of control is the hardest thing to do. In every way. Love it that the paint learns us a lesson in life.

Both really beautiful with two different kinds of mood . Letting go is the hardest thing as Judy so rightly said !
